I have ordered quite a few products from Sway and most items good apart from soon has i have an issue with a weave that i have only had a matter of a few weeks. They will not accept the poor quality of this blonde weave. The hair is shedding, splitting i feel like a malting dog and it has been noticed. Sent photos but all the go on is habe you used our products! Used most of there products. Be aware if you do not use every item they sell to look after the hair they will make an excuse not to honour the hair guarentee. I am so glad that it was not one of my clients that hit an issue. This will just cause you problems. I have used hair extensions over 20 years and use Balmain products which are far superior. I bought the sway shampoo, conditioner and hair oil but because i haVe not used there hair mask.. on new hair may i add. They are taking no responsibilty for the poir quality hair weft. I will not reccommend or use again. Avoid because if you hit a problem it will be on you.

Having used Sway hair extensions both personally and for my clients I am pleased to recommend them as my preferred provider. The hair is much better quality and longer lasting than other mainstream brands, generally clients get 3-4 cycles re using the hair depending on how they have cared for it which makes it great value for them and the service on trade account is always first class.

Great service, and amazing hair

In may last year I bought four packs of seamless tapes exactly a year on the hair is still going strong My hair is my life as I have very fine hair but these are so natural in your head and so invisible I even have them high in my crown and you can’t see the join what’s so ever!
It comes so thick root to tip no sign of synthetic fibres which you find in some well known brands no splitting or shedding using the right brush which I also purchased from sway.
I won’t lie it has gone a bit thinner over time so but it’s expected the length of time I’ve had them in but other than that using the sway hair care products that’s available and looking after it and getting it applied professionally it’s well worth it along with the cost its worth every penny it’s still so shiny and soft.
I’m in need of some new hair this month and wouldn’t go anywhere else now it’s just superb quality , I’m a sway hair gal now! Thank you ☺️

I ordered samples to be sure of colour matching and none were like the photos even slightly so maybe just check first. Good quality hair though and the seamless tapes look amazing, looking forward to getting the right colour and trying them

Brought the complete sway hydrate system, so far only used it once but it has made my hair feel amazing. I cannot wait to get my sway extensions fitted and to maintain them using the complete package.
